On June 1, 2024, we gathered at the Hlaing Thar Yar Office to celebrate the Milestone Achievement of FMCG and HARDWARE Sales Teams for May 2024 and bid farewell to our esteemed GM, U Zaw Min Tun. The event commenced with a heartfelt speech from our MD, U Win Myint, of Myanmar Shining Star Distribution Co., Ltd., who expressed profound gratitude to the dedicated employees for their relentless hard work that led to this significant achievement. He encouraged everyone to continue striving for future successes and took a moment to express his gratitude to U Zaw Min Tun for his contributions despite the challenges. The MD also warmly welcomed our new GM, U Aung Zeyar Myint, signaling a fresh chapter for our team.

 

Following this, U Zaw Min Tun, who is about to embark on a new journey, shared a touching farewell. He thanked the team for their cooperation during his tenure and reminded everyone of his upcoming move. His words of encouragement resonated with all, urging them to maintain their efforts towards excellence. We will forever remember U Zaw Min Tun and hold deep respect for his tireless efforts and significant contributions. 

 

After the speech from former GM U Zaw Min Tun, our new GM, U Aung Zeyar Myint, also gave a welcome speech and emphasized the importance of teamwork and dedication to achieve future milestones. His inspiring words set a positive tone for the road ahead.

 

The event continued with our MD presenting a certificate and award to U Zaw Min Tun, recognizing his significant contributions. The ceremonial handover of responsibilities from U Zaw Min Tun to U Aung Zeyar Myint marked a seamless transition of leadership. 

 

In recognition of outstanding performance, certificates of appreciation and bonuses were awarded to employees who excelled from January to May 2024. Special awards were given for Best Performance in Sales Achievement and Best Performance in Department (Yangon), highlighting the exceptional efforts of our team. The Regional Sales Manager, U Khin Maung Pyae, also gave a thank you speech, committing to work together to achieve similar milestones in the future.

 

The evening was filled with joy and camaraderie as we enjoyed food, entertainment, and a raffle. The event concluded on a high note with everyone singing together, celebrating our achievements and looking forward to new beginnings. Here's to new achievements and wonderful beginnings!
